  1. He may have chosen to raise his family here, but we didn’t choose for him to do so. He isn’t in charge of decisions like that, we are. Time to go.

  2. I thought president Trump promised that he was only going to go after criminals? Why is it so important to kick a research scientist out of the country? Isn't that the kind of person with high skills that our nation should want to keep?

This story only makes the worst kind of Republicans happy. I'm a Conservative and deporting this man really just seems like a waste.

  3. Must have been an MS-13 member. That's all ICE is going after now.

  4. We either follow the law or we don't. You can't have it both ways.

You break the law, buh-bye. Period.

  5. Seems like he was always busy, so why didn’t he have time to follow the law?

    1. My thoughts exactly, unless this is a fabricated narrative to gain sympathy for illegals. Keep in mind Jeff Bezos gave away millions in scholarships to FOREIGNERS.

  7. It's simple 9:49 they come here and think our laws don't pertain to them and they shouldn't be forced to follow them. Too many illegals are the ones wanting to change this country into the shitty place they just left and can't understand why so many want them to leave or be forced to leave.

  8. Thank you, 9:49. My thinking exactly.

Something tells me that he would forfeit a big family inheritance (money and/or property) in Bangladesh if he renounced his citizenship there.

  9. 10:40, if Bangladesh permits dual citizenship he would not be required to renounce being a Bangladeshi to naturalize as an American citizen.

I am surprised that his now wife was allowed to join him in America in 2002, when at best he had only a non-permanent visa. Surely he must have known that thereafter his visa had expired and he was required either to renew it or go back to Bangladesh.

There's more to this story than is being reported by the news rag.

  12. Citizenship 101

  13. 11:31. Wrong. US Citizenship forces you to renounce all other citizenships.

  14. You are an idiot 11:31. There is no dual citizenship in the United States.

  15. 6:02 you are the idiot.

The United States does not formally recognize dual citizenship. However, it also has not taken any stand against it, either legally or politically. Typically, no American will forfeit his or her citizenship by undertaking the responsibilities of citizenship in another country.

Many members of government and Congress hold Israel
    citizenship.

  16. Melania Trump is an illegal immigrant. She worked here without a permit, on a visitor visa, taking jobs from Americans. Taxpayers got to pay for her to live in New York and countless other expenses.

  17. This turban wearer had plenty of time and money to work this out. There is more to this story we have not heard.

  18. Who in the fuck would ever ask locals whether they want us as neighbors? Especially when they are as backward and brain-damaged as the average local in MoKan is? You people are lucky that people from the civilized world (and that includes any country in South Asia) are willing to live in the middle of all your gun-toting, mouth-breathing, flag-masturbating stupidity.

    1. Oh yes, very civilized places over there. Any country in South Asia like the dictatorship of Myanmar or the hilariously backward and corrupt shithole of Bangladesh?

Please, please keep your mouth shut and do everyone a favor. We know you hate your fellow Americans. Go on vacation to these south Asian 'paradises' and stay there.
