Day in the life deets of a local murder case offers an interesting perspective on the process that's certainly worth a click. Checkit:
My Week With the 16th Circuit Court
I remember a joke told by famous black comedian Richard Pryor. It went something like this: "If you are going downtown [to court], looking for justice, that's what you will find, just us. The emphasis was on how unfair the justice system is for blacks.
Refreshing honesty. More please, Mr. Freeman.
ReplyDeleteWe need more black people found guilty of their crimes and put away for long sentences. We probably need an additional maximum security prison to hold them all. No more chickenshit probation
ReplyDeletewhats his point? I’m confused, a murderer went to jail and he agreed with the verdict. Did he want hood rats on the jury so he could get off? I dunno. Stupid article
ReplyDeleteRichard Pryor was very bright! (But only after he lit himself on fire while doing free base cocaine.)
ReplyDeleteClearly murder but the jurors didn’t want to waste the young mans life? Who cares about his worthless life? He murdered a man and that is all the jury has to decide. Wonder why our crime keeps increasing? How many hood rats are running free that should be in prison.
ReplyDeleteI don’t think we should prosecute murders in the hood. That way even more hood rats will get killed. That’s what we really need. Crime stats are meaningless because so much crime is insignificant, when it’s only black on black crime.
ReplyDeleteReally great article, you can tell the comments from people who took time to read it vs. those who are just giving a gut reaction. More like this from Mr. Freeman please!
ReplyDeletePut these black bastards up against a fucking wall and blow the shit out em. That would immediately stop most of this nig nonsense.
ReplyDeletePoor blacks. I know just breathing has to be a bitch. Woe is me!
ReplyDeleteMr. Freeman, as a juror, did right with his decision for a guilty vote in this case.
ReplyDeleteBut, I'm in disagreements with that part about being judged by other blacks, and especially blacks from the defendant's hood. WHY do blacks fuss that to have equality and justice NOBODY is to be judged by race. Then, that goes for the JURORS being JUDGED by Ron Freeman. How does he know had more blacks been on that jury if that would have made a damn bit of actual difference? Decent blacks like ALL decent people, are going to render their judgement based on THE CONTENT OF THE ACCUSED'S CHARACTER -- meaning, what the evidence shows the accused DID -- and NOT BASED ON THE DEFENDANT'S RACE OR RESIDENCY!!!
It's getting way past tiresome for assumptions on what people may do and believe BASED ON THEIR RACE AND WHERE THEY LIVE.
Byron Funky said he could only believe an ALL BLACK jury! That's RACIST!
Hey, possibly blacks don't want to be jurors especially if they live near either the victim or the accused. Perhaps, they fear pissing off the defendant's family, or disappointing the victim's loved ones. Hell, maybe some are knowingly or not, racist themselves, and would rather whites deal with the decisions as jurors.
