  4. There should be lots of offers for the building at 909 Walnut for sale for $49 million.
    In KCMO any "developer" with $1.98 in their bank account and a smile and a shoeshine just needs to go down to 12th and Oak and make a pitch.
    Tell Sly and the gang that their plan will bring in at least another 25 million tourists, create new exciting diversity and density, attract new thousands of creative class millenials, and add to the "momentum" downtown that Sly loves to talk about.
    Oh, and make sure to mention the streetcar!
    You bring just $1.98 to the table?
    No problem.
    KCMO taxpayers will make up the difference.
