  3. How can I afford to pay rent when the damn Iphone 10 costs $1,000? It's just not fair. The landlord has plenty of money. I need the Iphone more than he needs the rent.

  4. Evictions are legal, can’t be evicted without proof, if you were evicted there is proof. Why do they keep trying to cover for these idiots, the landlords and the neighborhoods suffer because of all the problems these morons cause. I guess the old saying is true in the case of city hall and these idiots trying to stop evictions and especially these lowlifes who don’t pay or destroy someone else’s property, you can’t fix stupid

  6. As I said a few days ago the laws make it easy to scam the landlord as the non payers continue to live for free. Yes there are some bad landlords out there who won't fix anything but you should be able to figure that out before you even move into the place. This is why the people I work with have always done full credit background checks on people before accepting an application. Another thing that weeds out bad people real quick is if a person says we'll take it then when they turn in their application they have to hand over a check for first and last month rent as a deposit at that time which is refunded pronto if the applicant fails a background check. If the people start claiming reasons why they can't do that it's a good sign you will have payment issues from them.

  7. The reason why there are bad landlords is because these worthless ass coloreds have no place else to go, it’s their own fault, why you ask, because they’ve ruined any chance of ever getting a good place to rent by not paying rent any where they’ve been plus they destroy rental properties. They have cost the good landlord tens of thousands of dollars in damages plus all the fines they get from the city that the tenant caused by leaving trash and junk cars all over the yard and never cleaned it up. The landlord can’t go on their own property without the tenants permission so guess who has to pay the fines? You betcha, the landlord not the tenant. Guess who else has to pay all the utility bills when the tenant leaves? Yup, the landlord does. Fuck these worthless programs and tenants
