  3. That is about all he can do is lash out. Jean Petersucker Baker and the court have his balls in a tiny sealed box.

  4. Frank is out and out lying here. Those "Finance" positions are his PR staff. These "associates" he's talking about losing their jobs are his PR staff and the administrators cut from the county budget. Frank moved them all to COMBAT although the work they do has nothing to do with COMBAT's mission. Frank broke the law when he did this, and he's still breaking the law trying to interfere in COMBAT's day-to-day operations.

  5. Frank has to keep control over COMBAT, in case Caleb needs a new pick-up truck.

  6. Frank and Caleb are both gonna have to surrender their balls to Mean Jean! Hahahahaha!

  7. Just the latest reason why it's such a very bad idea to have multi-million dollar slush funds used to benefit family, friends, supporters, contributors, and pretty much anything BUT anti-drug and crime programs.
Jackson County government resembles nothing so much as a clique in some elementary school, but at least the kids aren't blowing through the taxpayers' money like these clowns.
How about spending just a little time on responsibilities like a professional property assessment program and a reasonably well-run jail?

  8. That dude so just wants to be playing golf in Palm Springs, as is his right being an elderly retired Royal.

Shoo, Frank! Just go buddy. We'll figure it out. Buhbye now ...

  9. I heard this week the Legislators are willing to hear Frank out before they vote on some ordinance he vetoed. I would think they've heard enough. The man is a scary combination of arrogant and ignorant, wrapped in anger.

At least Scott Burnett gives an interview, while Frank hides behind written statements and a spokesperson. A spokesperson the taxpayers are paying for and Frank is using for political attacks.
