JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - Missouri Lt. Gov. Mike Parson is asking for a larger office budget to allow him to hire a personal driver.Parson said Tuesday that his budget of$541,000 needs an additional $50,000 so a driver is available for the many trips he takes on state business.

A cringe-worthy request for a top politico at a time when the voting public is still waiting for the Prez to "drain the swamp" and establishment Republicans aren't getting a lot of love . . . To be fair, there are plenty of (mostly medical) reasons that a politico might need help driving that campaign donors would appreciate a lot more than taxpayers . . .
