KS Supreme Court backs 'Hard 50' for Topeka businessman's killer
The Kansas Supreme Court upheld Friday the 'Hard 50' sentence for the woman who killed Topeka business owner, Harold Sasko, nearly four years ago. The Justices rejected nearly all of Sarah McLinn's arguments over her conviction and sentencing.
