KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A police chase through downtown Kansas City, Missouri, ended after the subject got out of his car and surrendered. Police said officers tried to stop him at Blue Parkway and Elmwood just before 3:30 p.m. The subject refused to stop and was driving dangerously when officers initiated the pursuit.
