  2. Know what else hinders classroom development for kids? Selfish, permissive parenting, lack of authority figures or real discipline, and parental character issues.

  7. This is a no brainer. Make it a crime to ask for entitlements for children you can not afford to raise. In other words stop fucking and get a damn job.
