Justice For Missouri Political Leader After Her Assault Connects To Another Brutal Rape

She spoke up against an embattled Missouri politico and helped to oust him from office . . . Then she was involved in a horrific assault wherein she called the Independence Police to task . . . Now her case is connected to an brutal sexual assault on a female law enforcement officer. Here's the definitive round-up of her story as her supporters want to her to keep speaking out and possibly pursue political office in the very near future or at least continue her political engagement in support of candidates who stand up for women's rights. Despite the tragedy of the crime committed against her, she is certainly one of the most strident and strongest voices for women in the entire metro area. Read more because her heroic career is just starting to take off:

Police Said They Couldn't Find the Men Who Gang-Raped This Woman While Her 2-Year-Old Watched. Then Another Woman Was Raped.

Taylor Hirth and I are curled up on a leather couch at the home of her friend in Kansas City, Missouri. It is late afternoon, and the only light in the room is from the television playing a tape of Taylor, now 31, sitting in a police interview room.

Good for her! She is an inspiration for us all.

I hope she does run for something. I've heard her speak and she is inspiring. Her engagement even after the crime shows women that they need to stand up for themselves. She is one of the best people in all of KCMO!

Great work by law enforcement on following through and congrats to her for sticking with it! She's been through a lot. Any truth to the rumor that one of her kids is actually former State Representative Mike Talboy's? If so, is he supporting her through this? If not, where is the father of these kids and is he paying child support to help her? Let's investigate that and shed some light on non supportive parents. She should not have to go through this by herself.

Even more reason to see those two pieces of garbage hanging in the town square. That's twice, two brazen assaults and rape. Why can't we have capital punishment for crimes where death may not have occurred? Those two women certainly lost their "lives" when those pieces of garbage attacked them.
