HEY EVERYBODY, HERE'S WHAT PROSAIC SUBURBAN MIDDLE-CLASS JERKS THINK ABOUT THE KANSAS CITY NEWS!!!

While we're doing a few other things, here's a middle-of-the-road conversation about local life from a collection of "journalists" who are nearly demographically and ideologically identical.

The description . .

"Nick Haines, Colleen Nelson, Dave Helling, Jay Senter & Bryan Lowry discuss Sam Brownback's ambassadorship confirmation, what is ahead for Lt. Governor Jeff Colyer, the impact of the recent scandal on Eric Greitens' ability to lead, Sly James' reaction to robocalls relating to Edgemoor, the local impact of the government shutdown, the absence of a KC women's march & diversity in JOCO government."

Take a look:

  2. IF the KC star got rid of their op-ed board- I would subscribe. I know others that would also.

  3. The Women’s March was a joke. Maybe 200 fat ugly lesbians mad at the world because nobody wants to fuck them. There was probably only 120 or so but they’re so fat it looked like 200.

  4. Why is that stupid fuck Jay Senter on there? Do him and Helling have a secret love affair going on? Does Haines have them on there to show us how ignorant they are.

If anyone one knows about bellying up to the hog trough it would be that fat ass hog James.

  5. Brownback couldn't get majority support for a post that has no importance what-so-ever.

  6. 6:52, the problem is that every news story with a political angle is now an op-ed. It wasn't that long ago that editorializing in a news article was prohibited - not it's de rigeur. But it is kind of fun to read the front page section and count the different methods of spin.

  7. Though I don't think she realized it herself (denial is a powerful tool) Star Editorial Board President Colleen Nelson was OBVIOUSLY in full support of her Democrat agenda.

Trashing Brownback and Greitens, while turning apoplectic in defense of Claire McCaskill.

And all while publicly claiming that she's fair, unbiased, and representative of all views. What a joke!
