Missouri AG: Texts Are Public Record
(TNS) - JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Attorney General Josh Hawley says text messages are public records under Missouri's open records law, raising fresh concerns about fellow Republican Gov. Eric Greitens' use of a secretive app that deletes text message after they've been read.
I’m glad our governor is not some pussy faggot Democrat
ReplyDelete^^^ Fanboy.
ReplyDeleteToo bad our Guv thinks you're a pussy unless you're putting money in his pocket, charity or campaign donations. Why you republican snowflakes love these hoes is beyond me.
^^^ dude, take Claire's dildo out of your ass.
ReplyDeleteWell, technically, he's a criminal if he keeps using that app.
ReplyDeleteHe should of known better.
Well, I'm surprised, Hawley is usually a water-carrier. I'm guessing that his advising lawyers said no ifs ands or buts, official communications are in the public record. What I'd like to know, is why the guv, or anyone with a state issued device is permitted to add or remove anything from that device. This isn't his personal phone to play candy madness on, it is a tool which we the people loan to the guv to use for OUR business. Not his entertainment.
