Missouri college budgets likely to tie to outcomes

CLOSE ST. LOUIS (AP) - A new proposal could tie 10 percent of currently dwindling state dollars to how well Missouri colleges produce graduates and keep costs down. Performance funding has been around for several years but was only tied to new money for higher education.

Anyone gullible enough to believe the money withheld from Schools can be found when their performance warrants returning it?
But there will be plenty of cash in Greiten's Campaign Chest when he starts his run for National Office, won't there?

^^^ Totally not fair. He's making some good progress and is doing some things right. If you don't like it, just remember that he won by a very significant margin and still has a great approval rating.
