Mom says justice not served in daughter's shooting death
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - After waiting four months for details surrounding her daughter Jessika Peppers's death, Carol Peppers got the news the man who shot Jessika won't be charged with a crime. Carol Peppers said getting that phone call was "devastating."
Well of course there will be no charges. Jean Petersucker Baker is the most worthless prosecutor ever.

ReplyDeleteAnother tear jerker "news" story from the Star. The more likely scenario is that the woman broke into her boyfriend's house in the middle of the night with a hammer, intending to kill or injure him. Bad decision.
