Kansas City Holiday Ruckus Tonight

A glimpse of Kansas City conversation on the topic of City Hall slap fighting and broken civic promises from the GOLD STANDARD of local political discourse . . .

Here's the description:

"Mike Shanin interviews KCK Mayor-Elect David Alvey about his top priorities when he takes office. Theresa Garza, Patrick McInerney, Ron Freeman and Patrick Tuohey discuss the latest twist in the KCI plan as the city council rejects Edgemoor's MOU, the crowded race to become the governor of Kansas in next year's election and the controversial push to privatize sidewalks in Westport which has set up a debate over public safety and civil rights."

Take a look:

They seem out of the loop as far as the airport is concerned.

A consultant for Edgemoor on the show. Doesn't really seem fair. But then again, we all know that Burns & Mac is going to find their way back into the mix.
