Man shoots his father and store clerk in double homicide, charges say

A man arguing with his father gunned him down outside a Kansas City convenience store then killed a store clerk standing beside him, according to murder charges filed Wednesday. Reginald E. Jones Jr., 18, of Kansas City, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of armed criminal action in the deaths of Reginald E.
