Get to know two competitive BBQ teams and see how they performed throughout the 2015-2017 seasons. Megan and Jason Day are a husband and wife team who founded Burnt Finger BBQ. Nick Reddell, along with friends Matt Smith and others, make up the Social Smokers BBQ Squad.     Keeping up the tradition of using smoke flavoring and Pepper Candy Coating to disguise the taste of poor quality meats.

  2. Over cooked meat soaked in spices and tomato sauce, how can you mess that up. BBQ is tasty but hardly an art.
