Reminder that an increasing number of weapons inundate the not-so-friendly skies in KCMO. Checkit:
TSA: More people packing firearms in their carry-on bags at KCI
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Every month at Kansas City International Airport, about 500 pounds of prohibited carry-on items are surrendered by passengers. "Some hidden things. We've got a hairbrush that has a little shiv on the inside," Mark Howell, a TSA spokesperson said while conducting a demonstration Wednesday.
How in bloody hell do these weapons get through security? Isn't it the job of the TSA to humiliate people by physically frisking them (shoes off, of course) and then blasting them with x-rays while they hold their hands above their heads? I also love it when they take every stinking thing out of your carry-on and ask you stupid questions like, what's this, as they hold up a bottle of deoderant. Sheesh.....
