ReplyDeleteWhere in Waldo is this? And Polyurethaned concrete is so last decade. Put some flooring in--even wall-to-wall carpet would be better and certainly more comfortable and sound insulating than this.

ReplyDeleteVarious groups have been yipping about "affordable" housing for a very long time. I have to laugh when I hear about the rent for units such as this. They are anything but "affordable" when the average cost starts at $l,000.
ReplyDeleteWe are talking about folks who work minimum wage jobs - $7.25 per hour in most cases - and it's not enough to pay the rent on these places. Re-think the affordable label and do some research on what poor/working class folks have in their pockets.
$150,000 per unit is affordable housing?
