  3. Who gives a carp what the employees think. The County manager serves at the leisure of the Commissioners. He's a Dem, they're Repubs; he's out. He wears glasses, they don't like glasses; he's out. He makes more money than they do in their day-to-day jobs, they're jealous; he's out. Frankly, if I were a commissioner, I'd verify those names and fire them too. There's a good chance there was some under the table stuff going on with that cabal. You find it occurring nearly anywhere there are entrenched bureaucracies.
