We really needed a take-no-crap tough top cop willing to confront the major violent crime shift from the ghetto to areas populated by normal, civil people.

  5. There's nothing really wrong with the Block Buildings except location.

    If they had torn down that "Hot Springs" Hotel just south of the Kemper Art Museum and built them there, they'd have harmonized and would have been a real asset to the City, instead of something that engenders a "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?" response from the unprepared who first see them now.
