Breaking: Man Charged in She's A Pistol Murder Collapses in Courthouse, Rushed to Hospital - The Sentinel

De'Anthony Wiley was expected to testify on his own behalf in his first degree murder trial for the January 2015 killing of She's A Pistol Proprietor Jon Bieker. Wiley is claiming self-defense. 6. ....And The KC Star chooses to ignore this news for some odd reason.

  7. that's because it's no big deal. I mean why would the star or the any news Outlet find this newsworthy? It's just a blip, the man fainted. This isn't newsworthy.

  8. What lawyer could present that defense with a straight face?

  10. Prolly feigned that fainting to delay the inevitable GUILTY verdict. Store vids prove the lie of scamming self-defense. Cashill and many others on TKC got it right months ago. The four crimmies "attempting a robbery" actually DID ROB plenty. They FUBAR'd a good family biz, robbed a loved one from many people, ruined a survivor's livelihood, stole employment from decent contributors, destroyed commerce with the shop's clients, vendors, and insurers, and took future tax revenues from the local, state, and federal governments.

  11. Why rush his guilty ass to the hospital on our dime? If it was “nothing,” he’d recover shortly; if it was something serious, then maybe he would have croaked and saved us paying for his three hots and a cot.

  12. Or maybe he cannot testify, and it's declared a mistrial, so then instead of prison he is sent to a nice health care facility for life. At taxpayer defense.

It's crazy than scumbags can come on your property and when you defend yourself, they can sue YOU. Or your widow.

    good reporting by Jack Cashill.

Why isn't the STAR reporting this??

  13. Tracy, try reading the article again. The guy who fainted is the defendant in a criminal case. He's not suing anybody.

  14. Again,big fuckin deal..

it ain't news. who gives a shit : For the dummies.

  15. Mr. Poon:

Actually, in previous reporting on the issue, Wiley did threaten to sue Mrs. Bieker and the store for the injuries he received during his robbery, but never followed through with it. If one were to take a guess, it's not that far-fetched that his defense attorneys refused to sue (at least not without a hefty retainer, on top of the costs from the criminal trial), and there is no right to counsel in civil trials.

That being said, the Sentinel probably should have remained quiet, they may have caused the mistrial by squawking about Wiley's condition. Justice delayed is justice denied, and Mrs. Bieker has waited long enough for justice.

  16. We need to put up a historical statue. First boon in the new millennium to actually be held accountable for something. He'll probably get diagnosed with terminal libtard coonitus and will get a pass.
