Mayor tries again: KC reboots Swope Park-based arts festival for fall 2018
After a false start last year, Kansas City officials announced plans Monday for a two-month festival of visual and performing arts, to be anchored in Swope Park from August to October 2018.
What? Afraid it would conflict with the Swope Park gun show?

ReplyDeleteThere’s a part of me that feels sorry for the residents of KCMO. The degree of spending on highly unnecessary projects while basic services are severely lacking is truly terrible governance at its most obvious. Good luck!
