Attorney for man charged with dismembering wife files motion saying Justin Rey is unfit to withstand trial
OLATHE, Kan. -- The attorney for the 35-year-old man charged with dismembering and abandoning the corpse of his wife has filed a motion saying that their client is unfit to withstand trial. Justin Rey's attorney, Courtney T. Henderson, filed a motion Tuesday that argued that Rey is unable to fully understand the gravity of the charges against him.
I think we all understand he isn't firing on all cylinders.
