The Pacific Decadal Oscillation is in a weak negative phase and is going to send drier than normal conditions across the West Coast. At the same time, a weak La Nina which has been cooling the equatorial waters in the Pacific.
I disagree.
ReplyDeleteLook for warmer temperatures and relatively dry conditions. Unremarkable atmospheric barometric declination is and should be noted for a system relative non-change.
One big snow > 5 inches
Two smaller < 4
That’s it.

NOAA even disagrees with this forcast.
I can not believe KC's weathermen didn't explain what the effect would be on baking gay weeding cakes. I'm gonna have to get Brians "Cake and Eat Me Too", app.
