Scary scene today for one of Kansas City's biggest corporate players . . .
KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTERS SHARE IMAGES OF A BUSTED WINDOW THAT EMPLOYEES BELIEVE WAS SHOT OUT TODAY AT KCMO BURNS & MAC HQ!!!
Here's the word . . .
"I work at Burns & Mac and they are replacing a window in the side of the building that faces Ward Parkway. Apparently it was shot out by someone driving past."
The incident happened around midday and was fixed quickly by the megacorp . . .
Only one hour later workers were busy restoring the damaged building.

There are no suspects in the crime that endangered local workers . . . But this incident points to increasing violence overall in the Southland.

And even one of Kansas City's top corporations now confronts Kansas City gunfire.
Developing . . .
Location, location, location
ReplyDeleteDid Kansas City have to pay for the repair as well.
DeleteBetter title: Corporate fear in Kansas City
DeleteThis is why Cerner was smarter to build a huge gate and keep the public at bay. Everything about this move from Cerner was absolutely screwed up. From the mundane design to the KC subsidy.
ReplyDeleteA recipe for disaster and really glad that nobody was hurt today.
uh it was broken from the inside, shouldn't you get your made-up facts straight? But it was fixed "in one our," way to be, Daniel Webster.
ReplyDelete^^^ So somebody was shooting from inside the building? That's brilliant forensic science there troll boy but that first picture proves you wrong. Because that's clearly a bullet hole. Sorry that life is treating your so poorly that you ended up being a shill for a local company. It's not really such a bad job! A lot of people like their Burns & McDonnell job even if the neighborhood round them doesn't seem to appreciate their company.
ReplyDeleteThis happens a lot more than you realize in KC, Tony. That's why big companies move out of town. Be fair, it's not just because of tax breaks.
ReplyDeleteIt's one of the many ways to get a teardrop tattoo on your cheek
ReplyDelete
ReplyDeleteThe employee working there said it was shot out by someone driving past, so I don't see how this could have been broken from the inside. Sure does look like a bullet hole to me. That said, when corporations get their hands in city politics and cost tax payers money, and they get plenty of breaks, people will start to fight back.
It was gunfire.
ReplyDeleteI bet Burns & McDonnell regrets building that place now.
It's just a window, they still have a free 125 million dollar building. Not like uranium is leaking up from the ground.
ReplyDeleteit was random gunfire commited by stupid uneducated young fuckwads with no ramifications of the consequences, nothing different than all the bullet holes in windows all over the metro , just b-mac can afford quick replacement , & as to the gunshot came from the inside , man , you're hardpressed to find out anything more about the Vegas Shooter(s) anymore , our limited attention society has really dropped the ball on this massive cover-up , go ahead Tony delete this , the him/her cabbie video says all you need to know , from audible multiple guns & crazy weird behavior from cab riders , Tony delete this , you did once already to someone who posted the video link , saw it once & poof ! gone
ReplyDeleteSly James says nothing can be done about crime in Killa City.
ReplyDeleteHow can we trust his leadership on a new airport and a hotel.
He did bring us a free streetcar that is great fun for tourists.
Who cares if crime spills out of the inner city and jeopardizes the larger Metro.
Obviously a case of the building's design flaws. And they think they can design an airport? They fucked up Bransons airport.
ReplyDeleteSad to see this happen. Hope everyone is okay. Thankfully, most of those with windowed offices are at Plaza III entertaining City employees around that time of day.
ReplyDeleteCant have anything nice, assuming it was a Bantu American, but 99 of the 115 murders are ,,Bantus with guns and trap rap savagery
ReplyDeleteBantu 's are taking over the KILLA CITY ! They are expanding their tribe from the hood of East KC , taking over the Plaza dump , Brookside Westport pozer Waldo and beyond ! If you cannot move out from the hood , arm YOURSELF and learn how to use maximum force legally to defend yourself and your family against the inner city youth scholar's hood rats that want to KILLA CITY anyone who's WHITE , BITCHES !¡!¡!
ReplyDeleteThe window was shot out at like 2am, not the middle of the morning. Workers came in at 6am and it was breezy and they saw the window was broken. There were also 3 other companies who were shot up at 2am that morning. A bar in Waldo and a gas station in south KC.... right down Wornall.... anyone think maybe someone was driving down that road shooting out of their car randomly?
ReplyDeleteNIGGERS....yup I said it!
ReplyDeleteSouth Kansas City Boom Boom!
ReplyDeleteWhen I drive past that place every night there is always someone on the top floor rubbing their ass all over those windows! And usually 2 or 3 sex acts going on in that parking garage off of Bannister! I want to work there sooooo bad!
ReplyDeleteI heard it was the CEO, shooting from the inside, trying to commit suicide by jumping from a 2nd story window.
ReplyDeleteDistraught from reading KC STAR endorsements of Edgemoor.
Got a Rx. from his doc for fentanyl and became addicted and well, he just lost it. Trying to commit Death by Failed Hijacking of an Election.
Well, that's what I heard. On All Things Considered...
