The housing market in Kansas City is hot. People are buying houses quickly, sometimes before digging into the history of the home. Think of all of the things you are legally required to know when you buy: Leaky roof, leaky basement, lead paint etc.
Saw this on the news last night. What a piece of shit house, looks like something you would see in Appalachia. Might want to enforce some codes there Wyandotte County.
