Local opinion on the continued court battles against the current administration. Take a look:
Kansas City's Transgender Veterans Celebrate Court's Decision To Block Part Of Trump's Military Ban
A federal judge on Monday partially blocked President Trump's ban on transgender recruits to the military. In a 76-page opinion Monday, Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly of the U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia said parts of the president's ban are not supported by the evidence.
We'll see how long this ruling lasts. One would think a commander in chief would have broad discretion to determine the optimum makeup of his or her military for winning battles and wars. That black robe is not a license to second guess.
ReplyDeleteBut it's likely few transies will want to join up when they know they will not get free gender reassignment surgery.
Gross.
ReplyDeleteThat says it all right there, a free multi million dollar sex reassignment
ReplyDeleteActivist Federal Judges, who don't categorically interpret laws, but try to make law in Progressive paroxysms, encouraged by Fascist Progressive MSM, should be, held accountable for their abrogation of duties and incarcerated with the electorate, they actually serve.
ReplyDeleteA judge blocks a return, after one year of an Obama directive, to the existing policy of 200+ years - a perfect example of judicial overreach.
ReplyDeleteNo one uses the word freedom more than Americans, & no one understands it less.
ReplyDeleteYou can not make laws that target a specific group of people for special treatment under the law.
All of our transgender troops have one thing in common that they don't share with Der Fuhrer.
THEY VOLUNTEERED!
Honor all of troops.
B'lieRON, loads of laws target specific groups of people for "special" treatment. For a few examples of ADA compliances, which it seems YOU should know--tactile BRAILLE on elevator buttons and restroom signs, audible crosswalk signs and curb warning textures on wheelchair ramps, permitting access of assistance canines, plus easy reach push buttons or motion sensors for electric-powered door opening.
DeleteThere are plenty more laws that were made to target specific groups of people, such as elders, children, developmentally delayed, hearing-impaired, impoverished, incarcerated, criminally charged, hospitalized, unemployed, employed, non-citizen, national security personnel, consulates, and more.
^^^^^^No one commits fraud more than you do, well maybe Hillary does.
ReplyDeleteThey volunteered so they could make taxpayers pay for there spay or neuter surgery.
ReplyDeleteByron will go nuts if you mention him on WV blogs. It's quit fun.
Byron.... Retell the stories about your world class pianist wife, the daughter that is a super model, son that tells every judge in Colorado how they don't know the law and how you are a Grand Marshal Chess Wizard with a 140+ IQ. You have nothing else to do.
If you care to supply any of those WV blogs, I’ll be happy to give Byron all sorts of shout outs on them. Especially about his ability to defraud the government for undeserved benefits.
DeleteByron does not exist
ReplyDeleteYou are all being had.
Russia=6ft 4 250 lbs and a expert in killing USA=5ft 6 24-38-26 gay as hell and will not only lose wars but also die
ReplyDeletewhen they said Kansas City faggots in blazing saddles they meant it
ReplyDeleteTrump had sex reassignment as a child by a Russian doctor and he became President
ReplyDelete^^^ Hillary took millions of dollars from the Russians and still couldn't become President.
ReplyDeleteLet the taliban get ahold of a few of these girlie boys in uniform and the entire issue will solve itself.
