Unprecedented spike in gun thefts in Kansas City, Missouri

Police records show there has been an unprecedented spike in gun thefts in Kansas City, Missouri. Police data obtained by the Kansas City Star show the number of annual firearms thefts sharply increasing between 2015 and 2016. Police received just more than 800 gun theft reports in Kansas City last year, compared to less than 600 the year before.

The City of Independence is breaking ground on a new communications center officials hope will improve the delivery of emergency services.The 6,000 square foot facility will include room for 14 police and fire dispatch consoles where dispatchers will take 911 calls from the public.

Kid Rock announced Monday that he will visit Kansas City to ring in 2018 with the "The Greatest New Year's Eve Bash on Earth." The show, presented by 98.9 The Rock and 106.5 The Wolf, will be held at the Sprint Center on Dec. 31.

    Fuck me, there are meth houses in meth town that are 1,200 sq ft and have 14 meth heads living there.

    Why does a fucking call taker need 6,000 sq ft.

  3. Time for a gun theft sting operation. Leave a gun exposed in a vehicle and make sure you have a fifty caliber rifle ready to go to insure there is no need to waste tax payer money on a trial.
