KC thieves as young as 15 steal cars and lead crash-filled interstate chase, cops say
"We're still working on trying to figure out how many and how many people were involved," say police in Sioux Falls, S.D., where cars were stolen from a dealership on Sunday morning. The thieves led law enforcement officials on chases that crossed three state lines.
We see this crap all the time - cars weaving in and out of traffic on the highway. And the police can do NOTHING to stop it.
