When (not if) KCMO goes bankrupt, every member of the current city government should be sued for fiduciary negligence. 18th/Vine has been nothing but a financial hemorrhage from the time it was “revitalized.” Doling out another quarter of a million dollars is as promising as investing in pay phones and VCRs.
