    God save your majesty!

    Cade:
I thank you, good people—there shall be no money; all shall eat
and drink on my score, and I will apparel them all in one livery,
that they may agree like brothers, and worship me their lord.

    Dick:
The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers.

    Cade:
Nay, that I mean to do.

  5. I feel bad for this guys kids and wife but we are past the point of tolerating lawyers who fuck with good people so they can make money and help bad guys. This lawyer somehow won a case against the guy who murdered him. What did that guy do to get sued? He defended his business from robbers. He shot one and the guy had to have his leg amputated.

Seriously - this guy was pushed over the edge and fucked by this attorney and the law. I hope Gov Greitens pardons this guy and lets place some blame on the judge who did not throw out the case as well as the legislature that allows convicted felons to sue for injuries sustained while committing a felony.

Lesson learned? when defending your house or business and you fear for your life, shoot until the guy is stopped and the only way to ensure that they are stopped is to shoot until they are dead.

What this guy did was not right, but it was not wrong.

this punishment of the innocent is why we have #2A

  6. Does any of the pussies that live in Brokkside own or carry a gun?

  7. That would be awesome if the governor pardoned him.

  8. If the cops can shoot a guy forty times (out of 67 shots fired) and it gets called a good shoot why can’t a guy protect his business and not be charged for it. Lawyers are greedy bitches that will stop at nothing to get 40% of the settlement and not lose a seconds sleep screwing over a good person. I’m talking about lawyers in general, kinda like Phil!

  10. I dont like law's and lawyer's. They make me scarred. And feel weak. And cop's. And they use trick's, to get you to confess. Im going to go buy another gun tommorow. So I can feel safe agin, and manly. And to get ready for fronteer Justice.

  11. Attorneys are the last line of defense. Without attorneys willing to fight for the little guy, there’s not even a chance of justice. This attorney was brave and it cost him his life.

  12. The guy wasn’t protecting his business. They were not stealing copper. That was all lies. He shot two homeless bums for no good reason. That’s why jury awarded millions. And the fact the guy had shot other people over the years for no good reason
You people are not only heartless but stupid too. And gullible. Idiots really

  13. 10:48 If this man is so guilty how come no charges were brought against him in the first place????? And he did not shoot other people, he held trespassers at gun point!!!!! He has that right!

In case you didn't know it trespassing is illegal when a property is posted!!!

So looks like YOU'RE the STUPID, GULLIBLE IDIOT

  14. 8:34 - are you retarded? He shot two people, one of whom had a leg amputated as a result. Read the fucking news before you open your air hole and prove what a fucking moron you are (hey, just like your president!). Oh, and yesterday, in case you cannot comprehend reality, the old, white trash motherfucker committed first degree murder.

  15. So he shot two thugs stealing his property and they reaped the consequences of thier actions for maybe the first time in sissy ass Missouri history. What is your fucking point idiot. Justice done!

Sure there are plenty of morons who will stand behind this crooked ass attorney for suing a man defending his property and taking his 35 percent to the bank, but if people can not protect their lives and property in this state who the fuck is going to, some sleazy god damn rodent lawyer? Yeah fucking right!

  16. Why is this about the victim being a lawyer? He should be killed because of his profession? He should be killed for doing his job? Even if you don't agree with the verdict, where's the humanity and decency? Everyone "hates lawyers" until they need one. Then, they want the best, the most aggressive, lawyer they can get. Why? To win. The next time you get a traffic ticket, a DUI, or worse, don't hire a lawyer. Pay the fine. Go to jail. But, don't hire a lawyer.

  17. 10:08 It is undeniable tragic the way this man's life was taken. It is equally unfortunate how the Jungerman case was handled. Prior to trial the judge wasn't going to allow Jungerman's previous shooting incidents and the amount of his net worth. Then during the trial the deceased and partner were allowed to present the previous denied items to the jurors. This was clearly a move taken to achieved the verdict with the help of the Judge. (their friend an attorney in black robe) Jungerman was representing himself. Ask any trial attorney about this unprecedented move.
God rest his soul. No amount of money was worth losing your life over. Yet attorneys operate on a different playing field than common Joe. They have their buddies to help them out...Judges and prosecutors. You don't know what goes on in the chamber behind closed doors. Deals that steal from good hard working Joe's and Janes of the world.

  18. I happen to know a lot about this case and some of you should be ashamed of yourselves. David Jungerman is an evil man and it was proven that he lied to the police about what happened. Evidence proved it. He has a long criminal record and it was about time that it caught up with them. Tom was a wonderful attorney who cared about justice and helping the innocent. Don't blame the attorney because this evil man finally got what was coming to him. He wasn't brought to the brink of anything. He just got caught and couldn't handle the punishment so he had to take away this wonderful guy. Shame on all of you who are agreeing with what this murderer did.
