RAYTOWN, Mo. - The Midwest Animal ResQ is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and charges after a dog was found left to die in a dumpster. Staff with the animal rescue said the dog is in such bad condition they don't know what breed it is.

MARC has their guess, but one reason KC is falling behind is that none of the competition is "owned and operated" exclusively by power players who don't even live in the same damn State!

Build a ten-foot high fence down State Line Road, wait five years, and see which side of the fence is a Howling Wilderness (hint, it ain't East, North or South).
