Breaking News Traffic is going to be a mess during rush hour for quite some time on Interstate 470 as MoDOT works on a major bridge rehabilitation project. For the next year and a half, workers are repairing and replacing 15 bridges between Three Trails Crossing and I-70 - that's the entire stretch of I-470 between South Kansas City to Lee's Summit to Independence.

Downtown millennials and hipsters, ignore the breweries and distillers in NC, "...these are not the Droids you are looking for..."! Keep on going to the P&L, Westport and the Plaza, they are the COOL PLACES, and it's so safe there!

And for goodness sake, don't ever compare the cost of housing north of the River to all the wonderfulness you can experience living in a converted Bank with hundred year old plumbing!
