    Yeah right, if you like living 10 feet off Metcalf ave. with it's rush hour traffic and think that is urban. Why would they build these apts. right on the road?

  5. @9:48, you seen the apartments overlooking/looking at I-35 just South of downtown? You walk on to your deck with a morning wood and rush hour traffic on the internet is like 100 feet away. How do people, even trndy urban dwellers, find that appealing?
