Owl attacks startle residents in Kansas City: "I won't go out at night"

Owls are mysteriously popping up and attacking families in a Kansas City neighborhood, which has baffled experts. "I used to walk looking down at different things that had fallen so I don't trip on them when I'm walking my dog.

  1. If anybody actually thinks that owls are the greatest danger of going out at night in KCMO, they really are the ultimate low-information resident.
    And, sadly, these are the people who make up the tiny minority who go to the polls and vote.
