Several Hundred Kansas City Demonstrators March To Reclaim 'True Meaning Of Labor Day'

Several hundred Kansas City-area fast-food workers, along with members of labor unions, clergy and their supporters, started Labor Day with an early morning rally on the grassy lawn at 33rd and Southwest Trafficway, stressing their demand for $15 an hour and union rights.

  2. Apparently the irony of having their "demonstration" within spitting distance of a campus of the community college was lost on them.
    And as usual, Cleaver's performance and cynicism of taking advantage of these folks was truly deplorable.
    These endless marches became background noise many months ago.

  4. Gotta love a bunch of pandering entitlement moochers touting how they are gonna reclaim the meaning of labor day. I'm surprised they haven't defined labor as a RAYSHITZ term.
