Ordinance #170738: Estimating revenue in the amount of $154,902.00 in the Street Maintenance Fund for the reimbursement of duplicate payments to KCP_L; appropriating that amount from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Street Maintenance Fund to the Signal Maintenance account; designating the Director of Public Works as the requisitioning authority; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
