Man shot after attempted carjacking in east Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Police are investigating after a man was shot near Otter and Sni a Bar Rd. Saturday afternoon. According to police, three black males approached the victim and asked him for a ride. The victim declined and tried to drive away.
