The latest promise from a local politico amid a nightmare prison industrial complex crisis amid more reports of CHAOS in the local lockup:
Jackson County Prosecutor, Sheriff Express Frustrations With Jail
Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker and Sheriff Mike Sharp called a news conference Wednesday to say four inmates in the county jail had been charged with assaulting a corrections officer. But the news conference turned into the two top law enforcement officials in Jackson County expressing their ongoing frustration with a string of problems at the jail.
Did she suggest letting them all go and drop all charges!
ReplyDeleteA nice pee-yellow color of a jail.
ReplyDeleteJeam Petersucker Baker is the worst prosecutor ever. Everyone gets probation anyway. Jean Petersucker Baker is a dumb cunt.
ReplyDelete5:49 ^^^ Fuck You!!! This incident is on Frank "There's No Jail Crisis" White! If I were this guard, I'd be getting a lawyer and suing Frank, the Corrections Department, the whole damn county. They've known that jail isn't a safe place for people to be working in, and instead of addressing the problem, they've denied it's even a problem.
ReplyDeleteWhy does Jean the Dingleberry care about the jail? Thanks to her, most KC criminals rarely see the inside of it.
ReplyDeleteThe judges are the ones letting them out, not the prosecutors. Orlando Gentry who was killed last week by UMKC had been let out by a judge three weeks after he shot the guy in the church in May. He was charged with four violent felonies and didn't have to post any of his $150k cash only bond. The judge just let him out and placed him on "house arrest " which obviously worked and kept him at home.... not. He was killed halfway across the city from his house. Well done Judge Wier
ReplyDeleteAt least he was killed. That's a plus.
DeleteThanks for naming the Judge. We need to vote them out.
ReplyDeleteI agree these judges need named so we can vote their ass out next time.
