That choice was Major Rick Smith, and this PD-supporting news-dog couldn't be more pleased. Judging from the churlish exit interview of the Norman, Oklahoma candidate, the Board absolutely made the right choice.

  4. ^^^ man his publicist or the Department media relations people need to send out some different photos. Why does he only have this one photo for people to grab. It is hard to take a man seriously, regardless of qualifications, or toughness, when he looks like that. I should know, I'm a hulking basement dweller with pasty white skin and barely enough strength to do 12oz curls.
