Kansas City "Hell Bound" Hip-Hop Clip

White rappers show their skills (or lack thereof) in this local music video. To be fair, there are some nice moments in this clip and lots of local scenery worth a look.

You decide . . .

  1. George Carlin said it best"what the fuck do white people have to sinh the blues about"...the same should apply to rap

  2. Hey white trash @ 8:21 - Interesting Carlin quote. You cry and moan about anything and everything, just like the rest of the trumpers. You lack any sense of irony.

    1. 9:57, Shudup, Wigger, you're obviously dizzy from wearing your pussy hat way too tight for your fat head. Now, get back in your favorite Barry BathHouse with your buttbuddies and bend over.

  5. Legitimate criticisms for the producer and "rapper":

Rapper: low energy, you're singing a quasi-aggressive song in the same genre that Eminem does. You should try to up the energy/movement to reflect that aggressiveness. Also, when lipsyncing or even singing, ugh, this reminds me of choir in my youth: you have to over "pronounce" the movements of your mouth. As it, it "looks" like you're mumbling, though yes, I fully realize you CAN make the sounds correctly, but hey, it's a video, and appearance is a priority.

Producer, pot down the music/pot up the lyrics. The tune is catchy enough but feels "empty" in the mid range. Much like when I was in HS and we all set our EQs for all bass & treble, no mid. As an adult, I realize what I was missing back then; this feels similar to that. I listened on a good set of ear buds with a pretty good sound reproduction on my computer with a good HD sound card on-board.

No, for some pansy-a&& whining. I don't think your future will be in rap. That's a pretty narrow segment of the population that wants to listen to white rap. I know Eminem is pretty big (I even collected his albums on LP), and he opened a lot of doors, but... Rap remains primarily in the black, urban youth where you'll find massive racism; whether you dress, speak and act like them or not. Get trained up in some practical skills where you can maintain a "tough" persona (welding, mechanical, industrial work) and you don't need to "rep" (like that slang?) your company to the general public. Do this on the side as a hobby.
