KC execs on diversity: We are progressing in some areas - but not all - Kansas City Business Journal
In the Kansas City area, diversity efforts in recruiting and management have moved forward but not unilaterally. Women in Kansas City still make less on the dollar than their male peers and minorities even less so. A recent Harvard Business Review article stated that companies with more women in executive positions are more profitable.
Less diversity is progress.

The reality of "diversity and inclusion" is racism directed at whites-especially white males.Affirmative-Action/Diversity initiatives have made our cities devoid of even the infrastructure required to prevent the disastrous flooding caused by Harvey in Houston (see proper drainage) or the slower disaster of non-white dysfunction and crime ( see not enough police officers). An idiot child can see what diversity has done for the entire continent of Europe.Diversity Is Shit.
