  2. Witnesses said the guy fired at the police first, this isn't just the police saying it. Of course the family demands answers. Let me rephrase that for you: the family hopes to sue and win millions. Isn't going to happen. Fucking black people, just do what the police tell you and you'll stay alive.

    Here are some answers.

Blacks are violent, sub human filth and when one of them gets killed for shooting at a cop, then the media switches into gear. Then we all hear about the "Gentle Giant" turning his life around and he "didin du nuffin".

Should have killed the whole family. As long as we have to pay out millions for killing killers, we may as well really rack up some numbers.

I hate the pieces of shit.

  4. Graham v. Conner

    (c) The Fourth Amendment "reasonableness" inquiry is whether the officers' actions are "objectively reasonable" in light of the facts and circumstances confronting them, without regard to their underlying intent or motivation. The "reasonableness" of a particular use of force must be judged from the perspective of a reasonable officer on the scene, and its calculus must embody an allowance for the fact that police officers are often forced to make split-second decisions about the amount of force necessary in a particular situation. Pp. 490 U. S. 396-397.

Man pointed weapon and officers fired. It doesn't matter who fired first. Officers acted appropriately.

  20. Perhaps the police should notify family so they can come out and confront their family member. Once they are able to a) get him/her to drop weapon, b) listen to their advice and seek help, then they can tell the police the situation is under control and they are free to leave.
