You can't claim that this is a "white, christian nation", & then claim that you are not a racist, & that you believe in religious freedom & republicanism. You are a racist, religious bigot. Curbing legal immigration is just stupid. Allowing only white people entry will not save the "white race" from their declining birth rate.
We have always been a multi-ethnic country. When the Founding Slave Owners denied that blacks were people it didn't magically change the ratios, & imprisoning the natives in concentration camps did not magically change the ratios.

HOW THE HELL WOULD FUNKY KNOW IF OTHER ATTRIBUTES MAY INFLUENCE JURY MEMBERS AS MUCH OR MORE THAN THEIR SKIN TONE? Blacks of decent intelligence and good ethics can decide to place no, or little, emphasis on any type of race, gender, religious, or wealth status biases to decide a case. Sometimes bad acts are committed by people because they're just plain EVIL, intentionally or stupidly NEGLIGENT, downright DISHONEST, too damned GREEDY, or afflicted with buttheaded STOOOOOOPIDITY!!!
