Kansas City police release name of 2-year-old who reportedly shot himself to death
Police have identified the 2-year-old who reportedly shot himself early Sunday inside an apartment in south Kansas City as Jedon Edmond Jr. Officers were summoned to the residence in the 9600 block of Lydia Avenue on a reported shooting around 1:15 a.m. Jedon was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
