Jailhouse beating that FBI investigated has sparked potentially costly lawsuit

The jailhouse beating that was the catalyst for an ongoing FBI investigation of the Jackson County jail is now the subject of what could be a costly civil lawsuit. Former inmate James J. Ramirez contends he was the helpless target of a savage beating by guards that left him with nine broken ribs, fractured wrists and a collapsed lung.

  1. The jIl in incompetently run, and people get hurt as a result. Then they sue, and it's pretty easy to prove that the jail is run so poorly.

  2. Expand capacity by adding a prison barge, anchored at the confluence of the 2 rivers for both KC and KCK to co-op on for convict containment.

  4. 7:27 The key word would be "convict." The people in county lockup are waiting for trial. They haven't been convicted yet.

  5. How about the state legislature pass laws that require prisoners to pay for their own incarceration. Seize their bank accounts, their assets, their estates, their everything and then make them work in a viable retraining program that requires them to be productive and produce something that helps pay their bill. It is time for crime to pay.

    1. That's a great idea! We could get their 401k, brokerage accounts, Swiss bank accounts, everything. We could have toy trains, airports, everything!

Only problem is, most of them are negroes and they don't have shit like that. Dumb motherfucker.
