Power outage affected thousands in the area betwixt Westport and the Plaza last night.
Thankfully, there wasn't a crime spree but more of a realization that local infrastructure remains old, busted and fragile.
Better still, the rampant gentrification happening in this area was hit with a reality check and a few condo developers might have been forced to explain our town's undependable grid to the newbies.
Developing . . .
The dark sure makes women in Westport more attractive.
ReplyDeleteIf what doesn't kill us is making us stronger,
ReplyDeleteWe're gonna last longer
Than that greatest wall in China
Or that rabbit with the drum
If there's one thing that I've learned
While waiting for my turn,
It's that in each life some rain falls
But you also get some sun
And we'll make out better than okay
Hear what I say
Hey, any day
Cool Daddy-O
ReplyDeleteIt was fun. It was so dark all the black people disappeared.
ReplyDeleteWestport! They took a civil war historic area and turned it onto a civil war parking area.
