Clay County offering warrant amnesty in some child support cases
The Clay County Prosecuting Attorney is rolling out a new program to help give non-custodial parents a break on warrants while making sure child support is paid. Clay County Prosecuting Attorney Daniel White said more than 200 non-custodial parents got letters in the mail this week explaining a new program allowing them to have their warrants lifted.
