KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The two finalists for Kansas City, Missouri police chief answered questions at a public forum Thursday night. KCPD Major Rick Smith and Norman, Oklahoma Police Chief Keith Humphrey discussed issues ranging from the causes of gun violence in the city to the need for more street patrols.
